  1. Open Add Category. Go to Menu and tap the + at the top right.
  2. Name it. Type the category name. Counter / Station is optional — kitchen tickets for this category go to that counter.
  3. Tap Create. The new category appears at the end of the category bar.
  4. Open it. Tap it to see its dishes. Long-press a category to rename or delete it.

Add a dish to your menu

Name, price, category and sizes — Karak Tea from start to finish.

  1. Tap + and name it. In Menu, tap the round + at the bottom right and type the dish name. An Arabic name is optional and prints on receipts.
  2. Details for guests. Optional: a short description and allergens, shown on the guest QR menu.
  3. Set the price. Dining price, and a takeaway price if it differs. Delivery-partner prices go under Online prices.
  4. Pick the category. Choose where the dish sits on the menu.
  5. Add sizes. Variations like Small and Large, each with its own dining and takeaway price.
  6. Save. Scroll down and tap ADD ITEM.

Set your TRN and VAT

Restaurant details, TRN for the TAX INVOICE, and 5% VAT.

  1. Restaurant details. Settings starts with your restaurant name, Arabic name, address and phone — they print at the top of every receipt.
  2. Add your TRN. Type your 15-digit TRN. With a TRN saved, receipts print as a TAX INVOICE.
  3. Tax Configuration. VAT is 5%. Turn on Prices include VAT if your menu prices already include it; off adds VAT on top.
  4. Save. Delivery partners can have their own VAT setting under Online Channels.

  3. Connect. Tap Connect next to your printer.
  4. Test print. Tap Test Print and a sample slip comes out. Printer connects but prints nothing? Turn on Compatible printer mode.

  1. Open Printer settings. On the Windows till, open Settings, then Printer.
  2. Choose your printer. Under USB / Installed Printer, tap Choose printer and pick your thermal printer. Installed as “Generic / Text Only” works best.
